A balance of wins and fails
Rooms were clean and comfortable the staff was excellent with a friendly breakfast attendant. The complimentary shuttle to nearby medical facilities added convenience during our stay.
Management was unresponsive to issues the hotel felt outdated and neglected, with slow check-in and issues like missing shower curtains. The atmosphere felt less welcoming at times.

It was just a smart choice for a mini-vacation in Little Rock with great value for money. The male clerk was a bit suspicious when taking my cash for payment. Be cautious and make sure to get proper receipts for your payments.

Clean spacious room with comfortable bed.
The check-in experience was incredibly frustrating. The staff at the front desk was arguing with other guests and made us wait unnecessarily. I felt disrespected when the clerk threatened to refund us instead of assisting with our check-in. Thankfully, the clerk the next morning was more professional, but that didn’t make up for the poor service we received initially.

The hotel had a charming vintage decor that reminded me of my favorite tea room, with cozy seating areas that felt welcoming. The access ramps made it easy for us seniors to navigate without any hassle.
Add more options for breakfast variety.

I had a one-night stay and really enjoyed the clean room and the convenient small kitchen area. The breakfast was surprisingly good, but be sure to grab the sausage patties early! I appreciated the friendly service during breakfast, which helped brighten my morning despite a few hiccups with the room.

great location but limited breakfast options
The location was very convenient for accessing St Vincent's, making it easier for my family during a challenging time. The staff were truly friendly and attentive, which helped ease our worries. I appreciated the city view from the room. it added a nice touch to our stay.
The breakfast options were quite basic and did not meet the standards I've experienced at similar hotels.

We had an awesome time with friends! We visited a nearby museum and explored a great park. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was spacious with lots of linens and comfy pillows. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy the fresh air from the window!
One downside was the check-in experience. The lady at the front desk wasn't very welcoming, which was a bit disappointing after a long drive.

The hotel was perfect for my family. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and Aleida at the front desk even remembered our names, making us feel like VIPs!
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a designated play area for kids.
